Our benefits at Tabula are comprehensive and some of the most competitive in the industry. In addition to being offered a competitive salary, you will participate in our pre IPO stock options. Our benefits package includes:
Health and Wellness
- We offer four medical plan options (Aetna Traditional PPO, Aetna HMO, Aetna PPO coupled with HSA, and Kaiser HMO).
- Our dental plan is provided by Principal and our vision plan is provided through Vision Service Plan (VSP).
- All regular full-time and part-time employees (working over 30 hours per week) are eligible. Our employees may also enroll eligible dependents (and their dependents) including domestic partners.
- Our Flexible Savings Accounts (FSA) help to lower taxable income by setting aside pre-tax dollars to use for eligible childcare, transportation and health care expenses not covered by our medical plans.
- To encourage our employees to stay physically active, we partner with ClubOne Silicon Valley. Our employees also have a choice to use a fitness facility of their choice and we contribute to gym membership and fitness class fees taught by certified professionals.
- Flu shots are available to our employees and their household members annually.
Financial – 401(k), Life and Long Term Disability, Credit Union
- All eligible employees may participate in Tabula's 401(k) plan administered by Fidelity. Employees may contribute from 1% to 75% of their eligible pay up to the maximum allowed by the IRS. Employees may save on a pre-tax and/or post-tax basis using the ROTH 401(k) option.
- Tabula provides life and long term disability insurance for our employees at no additional cost.
- Credit union membership is available through KeyPoint Credit Union.
Vacations, Holidays, Sick Leave and Leaves of Absence
- We offer twelve paid holidays per year. Tabula provides 15 vacation days per year and the accrual increases along with years of service to a maximum of 22 days.
- Paid Sick Time allows our employees to recuperate without using vacation time.
- We allow for medical, family, military and personal leave of absences. Paid maternity and paternity leaves are also available.
